Assured Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd has been successfully installing Central heating with his business since 1999.

Clark Pheely the proprietor however has been installing for well over 15 years after learning the trade as a boy with father before setting up on his own.

Clark and his team not only have a wealth of experience but sought the security of qualifications by receiving Oftec (oil) and Corgi (gas) accreditation over 8 years ago, which he stills holds today.

Alpha Heating Innovation, the manufacturer and distributor of high quality boilers have been using Clark's expertise in the fault finding and maintenance of their systems all over central Scotland for a number of years for when they have issues they cannot resolve.

In specialising in Oil, electric and Gas systems, Assured heating are in a largely unique position of being able to offer the best advice for all situations to get the right heating system for you, your lifestyle and budget.

Air Conditioning - Clark is also City & Guilds qualified in the fitting and maintaining of Split system - Comfort cooling air conditioning systems and will look at installing his top branded units into domestic properties as well as retail and commercial outlets.

His wife Julia handles all of the administration and initial enquiries and would be happy to discuss any requirements you may have from 8 till 8 every day.
