Carriage on all Storage Heaters covers delivery to the GROUND FLOOR of your premises only. Our drivers may refuse to deliver storage radiators and other heavy items such as the bricks above or below ground floor level. Please note that whilst we are able to advise you about the expected day when your order will be delivered, we are unable to be specific about timings. We will however, endeavour to give as much notice as possible with a smaller window for delivery.

Prices are subject to manufacturers variations and VAT and will be charged at the rate applicable on the date of dispatch. You will be advised and given the right to cancel prior to dispatch in the event of any price variation.

We reserve the right to edit or remove items from sale or cancel orders at our discretion. Should we cancel an order under any circumstances it will of course be without charge to you.

All dimensions, weights and performance tables shown on our website are supplied to us by the manufacturers and may be subject to their amendment. Customers should satisfy themselves that these details are correct and that products are suitable for purpose before placing their order.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. In the unlikely event of any undue delay you will be informed by email. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery (Storage Heaters and other large items 4-5 days).* PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR STANDARD DELIVERY DAYS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY not weekends.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make adequate and appropriate arrangements to accept deliveries and we will not accept liability where customers fail to make such arrangements.Should you not be in when our courier calls then you will be left a card giving the local depot address. Two deliveries will be attempted and then the goods will be held in the depot for seven days before being returned to us. To save the additional cost of having to re-send your requirements you are advised to contact the depot concerned to make suitable delivery arrangements. Goods returned to stock because of non delivery may attract a re-stocking charge of up to 25%.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date or with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

Goods may only be returned by prior arrangement and in their original packing. Proof of purchase will generally be required. In certain circumstances a charge may be payable. Please ask for a Returns Number before returning any items. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations unsuitable or incorrectly ordered items may be returned at the PURCHASERS EXPENSE within 7 DAYS from THE DATE OF DELIVERY. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that returned items are received by us in good condition and fit for re-sale. * PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON PRODUCT PACKAGING WHEN MAKING ANY RETURN AS THIS WILL RENDER THE ITEM UNFIT FOR RE-SALEWe are unable to accept for return any items specially ordered at customers request.

Guarantee

All deliveries should be checked immediately and any errors in the order or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. It is the policy of the Company to offer a free replacement guarantee on all goods faulty by means of defective materials or manufacture. However, this guarantee may not apply in circumstances where faults or failures are due to incorrect installation, misuse or neglect on the part of the customer or installer. Your statutory rights apply above and beyond the terms of any warranty expressed here. All goods are supplied on the express understanding that where installation requires the exposure of live electrical parts, then this work be undertaken by an electrically competent person.
